Special Registration Deadline & Refund Policy

Due to the exceptional demand for and limited capacity of this round, the following policies will be enforced in order to ensure the availability of space for all who wish to participate:

1. All registration fees must be paid in full by Apr 30, 2026 or within 45 days of qualification at a regional round, whichever is later. Teams who register after this deadline may find that there's no space left for them.
2. Cancellations before Jul 01, 2026 may be refunded with a 10% processing fee or credited in full toward a future event. Cancellations after this date for any reason cannot be refunded but can be credited toward a future event. We strongly recommend that only scholars who can reliably obtain visas to Japan register for this round.

Tournament of Champions Qualification

Scholars at the Yokohama Mini Global Round will have the opportunity to qualify for the Tournament of Champions in November 2027. Qualifiers will be announced at the Closing Ceremonies.
