Main Venue: Nanshan Culture & Sports Center

Nanshan Culture & Sports Center, No. 2106-3 Nanshan Avenue, Shenzhen is the main venue for the Shenzhen Global Round, where the Opening Ceremony, Scholar’s Bowl, Scholar’s Show, Debate Showcase, and Closing Ceremony will take place. Scholar’s Ball, Cultural Fair will take place at the JEN Shenzhen Qianhai by Shangri-La.

Official Hotels

We encourage all participants to stay at the JEN Shenzhen Qianhai By Shangri-La which is the official hotel and is about 15 mins drive to the main venue. Rates include taxes and breakfast. Shuttle bus service on the event days and airport transfers are also included in the rates below.

Ground Transportation and Airport Transfers

Shuttle bus service on the event days and airport transfers fee are already included in the official hotel package. For airport transfers, ASEEDER will contact you to collect airport pick-up and drop-off details by email two weeks before the round starts for those who’ve purchased the package. If you arrange your own hotel, shuttle bus service are optional and seats can be reserved for a fee of USD 110 per person for the duration of the event only between JEN hotel and all the event venues. Optional Tours

Optional Tours will be offered for those interested in exploring the cities by ASEEDER. Tour options include the Nan'ao Island Cruise Tour and Chiemlong Safari Park in Guangzhou.

Invitation Letters

China National Immigration Administration has announced the further relaxation and optimization of the visa-free transit policy for foreign nationals. Please click here for details. Please re-check the policy before departure in case it has changed. Citizens of countries not on this list can seek assistance for visas from our side. If your delegation requires a specific invitation letter for visa purposes, we would be happy to issue one after your delegation registers for the Global Round.
