Seoul Global Round

POD Communications Inc. are our ground partners for the Seoul Global Round and will assist with hotel reservations for most official hotels, airport transfers, and optional tours.

Official Hotels

We encourage all participants to stay at one of our recommended hotels. All rates mentioned below are for double rooms and include taxes. Breakfast charges will be extra. Shuttle buses will be available from these hotels upon payment of a fee. Locations of the hotels are available on the POD Communications website for the Global Round. Last date for booking of the hotels is June 11, 2024.

Ground Transportation

Shuttle buses will be available from official hotels. Advance reservations are required. Seats can be reserved upon payment of a fee of USD 75 per person. Booking link coming soon.

Airport Transfers and Optional Tours

Airport transfers and Optional tours will be offered by our ground partners, POD Communications Inc. Optional tours include a Museums Tour, Traditional K-Culture Tour, an excursion to the Everland theme park, an excursion to the Lotte World Theme Park, and an IT revolution tour. Kindly note that the Lotte World theme park might also be the venue for the Scavenger Hunt. However, students will not get an opportunity to enjoy the rides during the Scavenger Hunt activity. Further details about airport transfers and tours is available on the POD Communications website for the Global Round. The rates for airport transfers and optional tours are mentioned in the booking form.

Invitation Letters

If your delegation requires a specific invitation letter for visa purposes, we would be happy to issue one after your delegation registers for the Global Round. Please download this template and email it, after entering all details, to POD Communications Inc. at [email protected] to request an invitation letter.

We suggest you attach the event confirmation letters in English and Korean while applying for the visa.
