Venues

All events for both divisions, except the Team Debate, Scholar's Challenge and Collaborative Writing will be organized at the Aksra theater at the King Power Complex. Buses for the Scavenger Hunt and debate schools will depart from the Pullman Hotel, King Power Complex and return to the same location.

The venue for the Cultural Fair will be the Royal Paragon Hall in Siam Paragon Mall and the venue for the Scholar's Ball will be the Pullman Hotel, King Power Complex.

Official Hotels

The following hotels are located close to the Aksra theater. All rates mentioned below are for double rooms and include breakfast. Shuttle buses will be available from the Pullman Hotel, King Power for Thammasat University and Royal Paragon Hall upon payment of a fee.

Ground Transportation

Buses for the Scavenger Hunt and debate schools will depart from the Pullman Hotel, King Power Complex and return to the same location. There is no charge for these trips.

The venue for the Scholar's Bowl, Debate Showcase, Scholar's Show and the Awards Ceremony has been changed from the Kittiyakhan Grand Auditorium at the Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus to the Aksra theater at the King Power Complex. Consequently, the shuttle bus will available only for transportation from the King Power Complex to Siam Paragon Mall for the Cultural Fair on June 30th. The charges for the round trip are USD 20 per person. Delegations that have paid the original amount of USD 68 per seat will be refunded the excess amount in a few weeks.

The last date is June 14, 2025 to reserve seats on the shuttle buses for the round trip to the Siam Paragon Mall for the Cultural Fair. Please use this booking link to reserve seats

Airport Transfers and Optional Tours

Airport transfers and Optional tours will be offered by our ground partners, Destination Asia. Optional tours include a City Tour, Ayutthaya Historical Park, Floating Market, Dream World, Jungle Elephant Sanctuary, and more. Optional tours for the senior division will be offered on June 27 and July 1, and for the Junior Division on June 30 and July 2.

Invitation Letters

If your delegation requires a specific invitation letter for visa purposes, we would be happy to issue one after your delegation registers for the Global Round.
