Ground Transportation

All recommended hotels are within walking distance of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. On debate days, buses will depart for debate schools from the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in the morning and return in the evening. There is no charge for these buses.

Airport Transfers and Optional Tours

Airport transfers and optional tours will be offered by our ground partners, Asian Overland Services. Tour optional include a Kuala Lumpur City Tour, Historical Malacca Tour, Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, Batu Caves and the School of Hard Knocks, Genting Highlands and Skyworld Outdoor Theme Park, Splash Mania Water Park and Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary. All tours will depart from the KLCC front entrance and return to the same location after the tour. Buses will depart as per schedule and will be not able to wait for delegations that are late. There will be no refunds for delegations that missed their tour because they were late.

Invitation Letters
